STUDENTS

1. Come to your lessons prepared and eager to learn.

You only see me once a week,

let's make it count!

2. Establish good practice habits and routines at home.

Practice makes permanent, not perfect, so let's practice to perform! That means things like:

Make a schedule for when you will practice piano at home.

3. Don't forget to have fun!

1. Ensure prompt arrival and pickup for lessons.

Please respect my time and that of other students who may have lessons after your child.

2. Support practice at home.

Students, especially younger ones, may need your help keeping a consistent practice schedule.

Be positive, encourage their enthusiasn and hard work, notice improvements, ask them to play for you, be involved!

3. Notify the teacher of any schedule changes that affect your student's lessons.

Plans have changed and will interfere with the lesson!

What do I do now?

1. Talk to your teacher!!!

Students may reschedule up to 3 makeup lessons per semester as the teacher's schedule allows.

A 24-hour notice is required if you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson, except in the case of an emergency.

*Missed lessons will not be refunded
